Product Description: Understand strata stability or movement instantly, via a real time, 24/7 mine wide system of hundreds OR EVEN thousands of data points, all communicating back to a centralised point.

The RockMonitor system protects lives and assets with forewarning of ground movement, whilst enabling localised and data led decisions on bolting densities and strata support.

The monitoring system can be GIS visualised, with pre-determined alerts received remotely from any SCADA access point – underground/surface, offsite or even remotely at a café in Madrid.

The Trolex Nome RockMonitor instrument anchors can be installed up to 15 metres deep into the embedded strata, providing millimetre accuracy monitoring of BOTH displacement and rate of movement - all captured safely, and sent to all relevant stakeholders.

Each individual telltale / extensometer has up to 4 anchor points to monitor deep into the strata. Each telltale is then connected via a simple plug and play interface, wired together in a network up to 10 kilometres long, with multiple branches and subbranches.

No longer is it necessary to stop operations or production, conduct manually reading (often with limited people resources) and then extrapolating data. Better yet, access is provided to highly dynamic data from higher risk locations with limited or no access.

Product Description: Understand your air particle risk and your dust abatement and control measures effectiveness. ATEX & IECEx certified and 5 times more accurate than the industry standard model, the Air XD Real-Time Dust Monitor offers unparalleled accuracy and reliability.

The AIR XD simultaneously monitors every dust particulate from 0.35 to 40µm, continuously and in real time, capturing up to 10,000 particles per second. With no filters, pumps or messing around, the AIR XD has lab-grade precision sensing whilst dealing with up to 10 x the dust loading pre-existing dust monitoring technology can handle.

It’s rugged, mobile and weighs only 7kgs.

With AC or DC power options, the AIR XD has 2 versions, a general purpose version and one certified safe for Hazardous Environment. The AIR XD monitor utilises a next generation Optical Particle Counter (OPC) to deliver dramatically improved accuracy and repeatability of measurement over a diverse range of Particulate Matter (PM) sizes.

With remote connectivity and telemetry options available, the AIR XD comes standard with communication outlets on Ethernet or 485. With inbuilt powered relay outputs, and an easy to use interface, your localised triggers are set for visible/ audible alerts. For those wanting to advance to a fully autonomous system, actions such as water sprays or email alerts to water cart operators / supervisors can be programmed.

Name: High tensile plastic mesh 30kN – 45kN

Product Description: Lightweight and easy to handle, high strength plastic mesh replaces steel in numerous situations.

Replicating the strength of steel, NOME Service’s offers a superior alternative in our high strength, plastic reinforced, biaxial geogrid textile mesh.

With the 30Kn plastic reinforced mesh weighing only 500 grams per square metre, there is no more wrangling with steel with all of its accompanying manual handling concerns. Following blasting, mining or tunnelling, you will no longer have steel in your trucking, conveyor or milling operations.

With our high strength plastic mesh being a highly adaptable product, NOME Services, per your localised specifications, will produce the width, length and aperture of your plastic mesh to order.

Plastic reinforced mesh lends itself to all manners of underground environments, from wall or rib support, meshing blasted faces, conducting secondary support or on cavities or strata defect support. For deeper assets with accompanying greater stresses, NOME Services has 45Kn mesh.



Product 4 Information:
Name: ResMesh

Product Description: Reduce the rework associated with steel mesh failing following exposure to elements present in many underground environments.

NOME Service’s aptly named ResMesh, with an indicative 20 year life, is utilised in situations such as longer life roads rooves. ResMesh has been designed with a focus on removing/minimising mineral and acidic reactions causing the deterioration of roof support systems.

Fully tested in laboratories and harsh environments, the highly flexible ResMesh can bent past 90 degrees without the resin cracking.

Product 5 Information:
Name: MKIII Air Diaphragm Pump Controller

Product Description: The MKIII shuts pumps down before they run dry, reactivating the pump only when it is required.

An easy to install retrofitted controller, the MKIII improves the service life of your diaphragm pumps whilst reducing electricity & maintenance costs. It runs the pump only when it's moving water, reducing air consumption & wear while extending service life.

On a recent trial, 71 controllers were installed on pumps across a mine & were in operation for a combined 15,092 days of service. Mine data showed a major reduction in air consumption, with annualised cost savings across maintenance and electricity being AUD.$750,000. A further trail at another operations resulted in an 87.6% reduction in air consumption.

Even better, we’ve made even more advancements to the model after the MKII Air Pump Controller achieved finalist stage at the 2019 Australian Mining Prospect Awards - Innovative Mining Solution category.
