The product adopts a layered feeding method. Under high temperature and high pressure, multiple layers of diamond micro-powders with different particle sizes are uniformly sintered on a hard alloy matrix. A growth-type D-D structure diamond layer is formed on the surface of hard alloy balls and conical teeth. A gradient transition layer structure is used between the alloy matrix and the diamond layer, greatly alleviating the breakage and delamination of the diamond layer caused by differences in thermal conductivity, thermal expansion coefficients, and elastic moduli between the two. While maintaining the high impact toughness of traditional hard alloy ball teeth and conical teeth, it combines the high wear resistance of diamonds. This material is widely used in new superhard composite materials for down-the-hole drills, roller cone bits, core bits, and other drilling tools.
