SMART APRON SCALE KEY BENEFITS
• High accuracy and reliability of measurement: this industrial solution delivers an accuracy of 0.25% thanks to its analogue sensors (or optional digital sensor).
• Suitable for high temperatures: optional temperature withstand up to 150°c.
• Increased stability: the self-tensioning roller maintains constant tension on the belt, optimising stability and reducing the risk of failure during operation.
• Smart solution: the SAS belt scale automatically detects belt rotation, optimising dosing operations using its speed detection wheel.
• Standalone solution: no need for additional wiring for conveyor feedback.
• Easy to use: BFC digital controller with HMI and easy-to-use menus, maintenance menu access, requires no on-site calibration if digital sensor option selected.
• Flexibility: this dosing system easily adjusts to all standard s20 belt conveyors and is compatible with s18 sizes (other rail sizes available on request). It can be installed both horizontally and on an incline.
• Fast and easy alignment: the belt scale can be easily aligned in record time, so you can get up and running quickly.
