Circular Stockyard System

The Environmental-friendly Circular Stockyard System, independently developed by HHI, is used for the stockpiling of large-scale bulk materials. The stock bin adopts the circular cement retaining wall, with the upper space grid steel structure dome as the enclosure. The boom stacker and the luffing scraper reclaimer centering around the central pillar are set up inside the stock bin. The materials are transported to the boom stacker through the belt conveyor on top of the dome for the rotary stockpiling, thus forming the circular stockpile. The scraper reclaimer scrapes the materials layer by layer from the inner side of the stockpile and conveys these to the chute below the central pillar. Then the materials are exported through the feeder. It has the characteristics of saving land area, good environmental protection performance, safe and reliable operation and high degree of automation. It is listed on the catalogue of “Current Environmental Protection Industry Equipment (Products) Encouraged by the Chinese Government for Development”. The enclosed circular stockyard system with a diameter of 80-136.5m, which is the result of R&D by HHI, has been successfully applied to such numerous projects as Inner Mongolia CPI Baiyinhua 2nd open pit Mine, circular coal stock bin and fine iron powder stock bin system at Xinjiang BAOSTEEL Company, and the sulfur storage and handling system at Sinopec Zhongyuan Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant,EPC project of solid material handling device for integration demonstration project of clean utilization of high sulfur coal and oil engineering and thermal power for Shanxi Lu An Mining(Group) Co.,Ltd，EPC project of circular stock bin system for phase-I methyl alcohol project with an annual output of 600,000 tons for Wuwei County, coke cogeneration for methyl alcohol project in Anhui province, EPC Project of Storage and Handling System for Methanol with an Annual Output of 600,000tons, Rongxin Chemical, Inner Mongolia.
