Product usage:

Mainly used for cleaning the surface under the return belt, adopting modular design, consisting of adaptive obstacle avoidance scraper module, stainless steel 304 elastic double-level base, special-shaped crossbeam, torque tensioner, etc. Its independent adaptive obstacle avoidance scraper module has stronger adaptability to complex working conditions such as curved belt surfaces, uneven belt surfaces, effectively cleaning the belt-adhered water materials, viscous materials or adhesive materials, iron ore sludge, gold ore slime, and colored metal sludge.



Product features

The scraper module is cast from stainless steel material, and the blade head is formed by the hot fusion of tungsten carbide alloy blade head and base, with the scraper blades cross-stacked in a spiral shape, able to self-adjust the angle.
The stainless steel elastic double-level base has spatial adjustment and shock absorption functions, with the built-in highly elastic HMF suspension rubber adapting to the site’s conveyor belt pressure, vibration, curvature, etc.
The cleaning device is internally equipped with multi-level sealing covers, O-ring seals, rubber seals, etc., to prevent phenomena such as carding caused by material adhesion during harsh scraping processes.
The torque tensioner can be made of high-elastic polyurethane material, with three-stage rebound elasticity effectively avoiding obstacles encountered by the scraper during the cleaning process, such as protrusions and rake pins.
The split-type connecting rod and crossbeam are fastened with quick-release pins, facilitating on-site installation.
