The guide chute adopts an expansion structure, and the enlarged cavity helps reduce induced wind.



The guide trough has a modular design to facilitate later maintenance. When replacing the wear-resistant plate or anti-overflow skirt plate, you only need to open the outer side plate for inspection and replacement.



The guide trough is equipped with a composite anti-overflow skirt (composite of wear-resistant polyurethane and natural rubber).



The guide trough is equipped with a transparent outer baffle to achieve a full sealing effect, and the outer plate is easy to disassemble and assemble.



The pressure relief return pipe can reintroduce part of the induced wind into the blanking tube to form a swirling system, so that the refluxed gas impacts the induced wind in the blanking tube and greatly reduces the induced wind in the guide trough.

There are multiple damping dust curtains inside the guide trough to prevent induced wind and dust from overflowing from the outlet.

The curved blanking tube adopts EDEM particle fluid simulation technology to simulate material flow rate, viscosity, particles and other parameters, and monitor the flow rate, wear, adhesion and other properties in the blanking tube in real time to achieve structural optimization. The streamlined arc-shaped head guard is used to ensure that materials enter at the best angle and ensure the collection and transportation of materials. It can also control the material flow to induce wind and alleviate the impact and wear of the material flow on the equipment.

Intelligent dust detection dust collector

Intelligent dust detection consists of expansion chamber, high-efficiency filtration component, centrifugal fan and PLC control box. The main body is a fan exhaust + filter cartridge filtration method to achieve dust removal. The operation is automatically controlled by PLC. The knob performs local and remote switching control. The standard configuration is two micro-power dust collectors. When controlled remotely, when the belt is running, the first The micro-power starts to run, and the vibration method is used to automatically and regularly clean the dust adsorbed on the filter cartridge. An external dust concentration detection sensor is installed. When the first fan is turned on, the sensor detects in real time that the dust concentration is still greater than the set value, and the second fan is turned on. A micro-powered dust collector. The two work together to automatically handle dust concentration.



Unpowered dust collector

The unpowered dust collector consists of an expansion chamber, a multi-stage filter, a pressure relief window and an automatic air pulse rapping device. The cyclone impact filter is used to achieve dust adsorption and filtration and cavity pressure relief inside the guide trough, and the dust adsorbed by the filter is automatically and regularly cleaned through pulse vibration.



Skirt sealing device

The skirt sealing device consists of an anti-spill skirt, an aluminum angle and a holder. It is used to solve the problem of sealing between both sides of the guide trough and the belt, and plays an important role in reducing the dust concentration in the belt working environment.



The anti-overflow skirt adopts a straight plate + skirt double-layer sealing integrated structure, and the bottom is in contact with the belt to prevent material from overflowing; the skirt is everted to automatically track the belt and always maintain close contact with the belt.



The manual rotating pressing handle cooperates with the angle aluminum to lock the skirt tightly on the side plate of the guide trough. The skirt part will effectively seal fine particles and dust in the guide trough.



Adjustable tail seal box

The adjustable tail sealing box is installed at the tail of the guide trough. Its multiple seals and liftable box can effectively avoid retrograde movement caused by the tail diversion wind. The upper part is equipped with a maintenance and material removal observation door to facilitate cleaning of scattered materials. There are multiple sealing baffles located next to the observation door with an adjustable tracking device that can always maintain close contact with the belt to prevent dust from overflowing from the rear.



centering device

The centering device consists of a centering plate, an adjustment mechanism, a buffering mechanism and a gantry. A centering device is installed at the end of the blanking pipe. By adjusting the angle of the centering plate, materials can be bundled to prevent material scattering, buffer materials and protect the belt.



Adjusting the direction of unloading materials on the center plate can avoid belt deviation problems caused by material falling.



Damping dust suppression curtain

The damping dust suppression curtain adopts an adjustable lifting structure, and the height adjustment can be achieved by fully considering the on-site working conditions. Made of wear-resistant and anti-aging rubber, it has the functions of dust suppression, dust reduction, wind blocking and filtration, and can achieve the function of "dust reduction and material removal".
