Es un explosivo de alta potencia tipo hidrogel aluminizado, con sustancias gelificantes, que evitan la segregación de los ingredientes oxidantes y combustibles sensibilizados en la mezcla; sensible al detonador común número 8, con excelente resistencia al agua y alta energía específica, produce humos clase 1.
No contiene nitroglicerina. Diseñado para voladuras en pequeños diámetros, en rocas duras y semiduras con presencia de agua. Sus aplicaciones más comunes son explotación de minerales, obras de construcción, demolición de edificios e infraestructuras civil y en voladuras subterráneas, con adecuada ventilación en ausencia de gas grisú y polvo de carbón.
It is a high-power, aluminized hydrogel-type explosive, with gelling substances, which prevent the segregation of oxidizing ingredients and sensitized fuels in the mixture; sensitive to common detonator number 8, with excellent resistance to water and high specific energy, it produces class 1 fumes. It does not contain nitroglycerin. Designed for blasting in small diameters, in hard and semi-hard rocks with the presence of water. Its most common applications are mineral exploitation, construction works, demolition of buildings and civil infrastructure and in underground blasting, with adequate ventilation in the absence of firedamp gas and coal dust.
